answered a question | What are the stats regarding how many sitters utilize Rover's insurance plan, how many use the 24/7 support? I have used Rover Support a few times. The first time it was to modify a booking that I was not able to do on the website itself. They answered my call pretty quickly and were very friendly and helpful. The second time I had the same issue and called again. No answer. I was on hold for over 30 min yet they didn't even answer my call. This happened twice. So I really don't know how I feel about their "24/7 support." |

I normally only take one client at a time, but I wanted to know if I change my settings to accepts 2 or 3 clients will that affect how how many people reach out to me? Do clients prefer to have their dogs at one client only sitters? Also I know there is already a holiday rate that Rover has but do any of you guys change the rate for holidays like thanksgiving or Christmas? Lower or higher? Thank you! |
