I got my first review last November and was a little annoyed by it and now im starting to think it is hurting me booking wise. The dog owner told me after she dropped her dog off for one night not to worry about sending updates or pictures updates ( this was one of my first few overnight stays as most i had were daycare dogs) after I told her i would update her. she told me she knew her dog would be fine and well behaved and since i figured she didnt want to be bothered i didnt update her till she told me she was on her way back and would be there in a couple hours. i let her know her dog was doing great and we loved having her in our home..anyway in the review she states how i didnt send her any updates or picture messages and i worry thats hurting me and its also the review thats shown when people look at sitters to book. I have 2 other reviews. im not sure what to do and would really really appreciate some advice.
