When you are setting your rates for additional dog how exactly does it work?

As in if I put additional dog at $0 does it mean the second dog is free or does it mean it gets 0 discount towards it?

So i am discussing a job with a woman who is very uncomfortable with paying me upfront. i am awesome and her pets are in good hands :) but I'd love to give her some peace of mind.

If she comes home after her vacation and found that I didn't do my job at all, would she be able to get her money back?

Secondly I'd also like to protect myself, if someone after their stay decides they were not happy with my service but for an unfair reason or they lie am I protected in any way?

if a client wants to pay in cash is it possible to go through rover still? Or does the site only accept credit cards?

I love the idea of little gift bags.

I was thinking of going to my local pet stores, groomers, vets. Then asking them if I can give them some of my business cards in exchange I would take theirs or flyers or whatever and putting all of those in the gift bags.

That bar isnt showing up at all for me. I'm on my dashboard page & it says: Once you've successfully fulfilled all the requirements, you'll receive an email letting you know that your sitter profile is live on Rover! So i am worried that these steps are not showing completed and it won't activate my account. Because right now my profile is showing that it isnt active yet. Well it is still showing that I need to upload photos but I have uploaded a ton of photos. It shows them on my profile even when I check. Idk what to do?
