Paying in cash?
if a client wants to pay in cash is it possible to go through rover still? Or does the site only accept credit cards?

If they pay in cash your account will be suspended. You want to pay through the site so you get access to the benefits that Rover offers.
It must be paid by credit card through rover.com. Accepting cash for a stay is a violation of Terms of Service. This link shows the client step by step instructions. https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...
My account got suspended because of this. I recommend not doing it, as I did'nt know and my account was giving back. So out of trial and error always book through rover they would have to pay with debit or credit card. Hope this helps

What did you do to get on account back?
I always have my clients go through Rover and therefore they must pay by cc. This way they are insured and everyone is happy and healthy. Gently remind your client of all the added benefits to their pup by using Rover and their policies.
