I realize this is an old question but am sharing in case anyone else had trouble finding this in 2018 (like I did!)

To see or edit your notes on a dog:

• Go to your Dashboard
• Click on View Payments & Promo Codes
• Click on the name of the dog that you want to update the notes on
• You should see a link that says "Edit your dog notes"
• Enter your notes and save
