| asked a question | How does a repeat client leave a review on my profile? I have a repeat client that wants to leave a review about a recent stay but doesn't know how to do it. Since rover doesn't send out the email requesting a review on a repeat stay how does she leave a review on my profile? |
| answered a question | What archive option doesn't count against you? How can they rate you negatively if you archive a request for the owner never responding back? I get requests then respond and try to set up a meet and greet and they never answer for a few days so I have to archive it. It isn't fair if the really does negatively impact my score |
