How does a repeat client leave a review on my profile?

I have a repeat client that wants to leave a review about a recent stay but doesn't know how to do it. Since rover doesn't send out the email requesting a review on a repeat stay how does she leave a review on my profile?

Repeat clients should receive an email asking them to leave a review, that being said You​ ​can​ ​leave​ ​a​ ​review​ ​a​ ​couple​ ​different​ ​ways depending​ ​on​ ​your​ ​preference.​ ​One​ ​is​ ​by​ ​logging​ ​in​ ​online​ ​and​ ​the​ ​other​ ​is​ ​by​ ​using​ ​the​ ​Rover app.​ ​I​ ​can​ ​walk​ ​you​ ​through​ ​both.

You​ ​can​ ​write​ ​a​ ​review​ ​through​ ​the​ ​Rover​ ​app​ ​by​ ​tapping​ ​on​ ​"messages"​ ​then​ ​the​ ​inbox​ ​icon. Tap​ ​"past". Tap​ ​"review" Write​ ​the​ ​review​ ​and​ ​click​ ​"submit".

If​ ​you​ ​log​ ​in​ ​online​ ​click​ ​the​ ​envelope​ ​icon​ ​at​ ​the​ ​top​ ​right​ ​hand​ ​side​ ​and​ ​select​ ​"past​ ​stays". Click​ ​"review​ ​this​ ​stay". Write​ ​the​ ​review​ ​and​ ​click​ ​"submit".
