I have a friend who just recently started sitting with http://Rover.com, and could use a few more stay requests. I am completely booked during the holidays and have had to turn a couple of requests down. Am I allowed to give her profile address to customers that I am unavailable to care for their dog for?

Another place I have handed out cards at is our local pet 'gatherings' and adoption events such as our annual Petpalooza held in June at a local park with trick dog shows and vendors! And definitely keep some in your purse or wallet to give to anyone you meet who has a dog!

Where can I find my profile address to give someone who wants to go directly to my profile?

I have had two female dachshunds (over a lifetime of dachshunds), who have been diagnosed with Cushings disease in the last 5 years. They both have been put on Vetoryl that I get online for about half the cost of getting it through the vet. The one we have now that has it, is going on 15 years old and seems to be doing pretty good. It's hard to tell at 15 which difficulties are from the Cushings and which are 'old age'. If she can get into a bag of dog food that has been left on the floor, she will still eat until she looks like she will blow up. And I do put a little extra effort into getting her outside regularly to pee. She is sleeping a lot and slowing down, but again....we all do that as we age.

In the beginning, I didn't show up either, but now after speaking directly to Rover customer service, I always do whether it is on the computer or app, and when I'm logged in to Rover. Now though, I have been looking for a friend of mine who is starting up, and I can't find her yet either? May have to give them a call again! By the way, they are very helpful and supportive, whenever I call, so don't be afraid to call them directly!

I have a repeat customer that is very fearful of her pups getting away, and has asked that I not walk/exercise them while they are in my care. They are going to be with me for 2 weeks over Christmas, and I really think they would do well to have a little energy-releasing exercise during that time. Do I just follow their instructions in this, or take them for short walks?

yes, lots of pictures, and I send a cute 'thank you' card with a gift package when they leave, containing homemade healthy dog treats (ingredients included), and a dog bag container that I have had labels with my Rover profile address on it. (the dog bag containers and bags, I can get at the Dollar Tree!)

I think you misunderstood. It's not MY dog that was added twice, it was the person who wanted me to sit her dog for a second time that now has two profiles for the same dog listed.

She was requesting a second stay for her dog, and somehow got him listed twice. I figured out how to edit the cost for one dog, but is there a way to delete that duplicate dog profile?

I had no problem getting paid through paypal the first two payments, but just requested this last payment, and it says that it failed, but still shows as being out of my account. How can I try again, or do you have to wait for the money to get back into the rover account?

I have been writing 'thank you' notes to include in the dog supplies that are returned with the dog. In it I include a short reminder to take a few minutes to leave a review/testimonial, just as a back up to the one http://rover.com sends.

My customer said she tried to make a payment, but is not sure that it went through. How can I tell?
