how do you remove a dog from a customer profile? She accidentally added her dog twice?

She was requesting a second stay for her dog, and somehow got him listed twice. I figured out how to edit the cost for one dog, but is there a way to delete that duplicate dog profile?

Yes, from the dashboard, in the same area where you add a second (or third... etc) dog. Select "Edit Details" and at the bottom of the menu options on the left is "Delete this profile" option.

I think you misunderstood. It's not MY dog that was added twice, it was the person who wanted me to sit her dog for a second time that now has two profiles for the same dog listed.

No, I understood. She needs to remove the dog's duplicate profile in the way I described to prevent it from showing up for her stay requests.

She may also be able to remove the second dog from the current stay request, but since that's not an option that sitters have available when editing the stay details, I don't know how to do that. Also, it doesn't fix the problem in the long term, whereas just deleting the extra profile does. If she's having trouble, refer her to customer support so they can walk her through it.
