| commented question | Hello fellow sitters! What do you think about the new performance scores? I really dislike the way the performance scores effect how you show up in the search. At least every other person to contact me either changes plans or contacts me without reading my whole bio (that i have a cat). It is effecting my ability to get clients when im not the one canceling these bookings |

| asked a question | How to improve booking score when dogs are constantly not a good fit? So I am extremely frustrated because I dropped from #6 on the sitter search list to #24 and the reason why is clients inattention to detail. I believe that it has to do with my Booking score which is 63 and my booking rate is 17%. My issue is that 95% of the people who message me to watch their dog do NOT un-click the box that says "gets along with cats". I have a cat and thus the majority of the people messaging me cannot book because their dog doesn't like cats . Has anyone found a way to improve booking score despite people messaging you that CLEARLY are not a good fit. I assume that booking score, response rate, and reviews are what puts people higher up on the search list. |
