And......apparently I can no longer see their last name after I've reviewed the stay. ughhhhhhhhhhhh! I was lucky enough to get it off of one because they listed their full name/# under Emergency Contact Information.

Yeah they've updated the app!!!!!!!! Now we can sort by recent activity or service date! Maybe they do check this forum!

I just checked & it does give the customer's last name which I wasn't aware of, but the phone # isn't their real #. It is the relay # given by Rover. And this is only on a computer. Neither the relay # or last name are listed on the app.

I have had several customers say they left reviews & they never show up!!!!!!!!!!!! This is so frustrating. I did have 1 person tell me they didn't realize it was 2 parts so maybe you should change that. Another 1 sent me a screenshot, I called Rover & they put it in for me because it never showed up! Another customer told me she wrote one 4 days ago, but since it never showed up on my end she emailed you about the problem & in the mean time tried to rewrite the review but couldn't because it says she already left one! It makes me wonder how many of my customers wrote reviews & I just never got the credit ughhh.

Why can't I see which customers left ratings only & not reviews? This is an unnecessary complication because I end up asking customers to leave a review who already left a rating & obviously didn't want to leave a review w/ the rating.
