Why don't you give me my customer's phone #?

I don't appreciate how Rover doesn't release my customer's phone # to me & mine to them even after they have booked. It wasn't this way with DogVacay. DogVacay was so much better!

That information is contained in the itinerary that Rover sends you after a booking is paid/confirmed.

I just checked & it does give the customer's last name which I wasn't aware of, but the phone # isn't their real #. It is the relay # given by Rover. And this is only on a computer. Neither the relay # or last name are listed on the app.

And......apparently I can no longer see their last name after I've reviewed the stay. ughhhhhhhhhhhh! I was lucky enough to get it off of one because they listed their full name/# under Emergency Contact Information.

I don't have your problems because every customer fills out a Dog Info Sheet which I hand out at the M&G with my card. The info sheet gets returned when they drop off the dog. I can make notes on the dog there as well and keep them all in a binder. I know, very old school but it works for me.
