Either the dog wants to go/needs to potty or they want attention from you or other dogs. Most the time it's attention from my experience anyway. I have a dog that whines every single time her brother is napping and she wants to play. Or she'll wake me husband up to go outside and go potty. The dogs I keep only whine to play with my dogs or to get extra love.

Depends on the breed. Smaller dogs should only weigh up to 15 pounds. Bigger dogs it should be up to 100 or more depending on the breed. I have a Labrador and she's just about 90 pounds. My other dog is a mix breed and he weighs around 60 or so.

Take the bone and get him a new toy. Give him the bone back when he is being good. Or when you are there. I'd probably do the same if I only had one thing to chew on all day.

Dogs bark at night because they hear something outside. Or in my case my lab barks when something is wrong with her such as she needs to potty. A dog I have boarded whined because she wanted water(we take it away at night at like 8 or 9 and wake up at 4).

I personally don't give my dogs a bath unless they need it. Like after it rains and they are muddy or we are going somewhere and leaving them with a friend. They also get them after a day at the lake or dog park.

It all depends on you and the sitter. You have to talk it out on times. Example: I have a dog the comes super early(520am) we talked about it before hand and he messages me before he comes. Now pick up for this dog depends on the day. I normally ask what time is best for them because I'm always at home so I'm free to meet them anywhere if need be.

I love all breeds. But my dream dog is a sheltie(mini collie). The one dog I stay away from are Dalmatians just because I had a Dalmatian mix try to bit my face and he got my hand one day. Plus the dog already had a bad run with bitting people so that didn't help.

Say no jump. Turn away from him/her. Keep a knee up. Or pop them every time they jump up

Maybe try to take her/him on a walk during the day if you can. Get a fur friend for her/him. I always use cayenne pepper and it seemed to work along with a little pop on the butt.

If your dog isn't neutered or spayed by a certain age they will hump. We got our male dog fixed as soon as he was old enough he had started humping my moms foot after that he no longer did it. Until we brought in a female dog.

It's really up to you. In my house I have treat, toys, kennels and a baby gate. I'm over protective of other dogs. So if something happens I am fully prepared

They probably aren't biting the air. It could be trying to get a fly or moth

Most dogs dig because they are bored or just trying to find a nice cool spot to sleep.

My dogs follow me around just to do it. Most dogs don't wanna feel lonely and will go anywhere with you. Even if they do have other fur friends in the house.

I ask if the dog or dogs can have treats. What they are allergic to. Do they play well with others.

Start as soon as you get a new pup or dog. Dog parks are great way to get dogs used to all shapes and sizes dogs come in. Or if you have a friend or family members with dogs just let your dog hang with them.
