How do I get owners to leave a review?

Many of my pet parents tell me "I'll give you a really good review knowing how important that is!" I check my dashboard daily for these reviews to come in - NOT DONE. How do I get people to remember to do this after the stay?? Frustrating!

Just like Rover sends you an email reminding you to rate the dog, they send an email to the owners reminding them to rate you. If they still haven't left a review after a few more days, you can always send them a follow up message reiterating how happy you were they chose you and how much you enjoyed their pet, and asking if they would mind taking the time to leave a review. The Rover message for your stay still works, even after the stay is long over. I've got one repeat client who is super busy, and I usually have to remind her to leave a review (and to accept the booking request before the time expires!).

Hi, I recently waited a week, then politely asked/emailed my past client if she could leave me a review. I think sometimes people have the best intentions, but get busy with every day stuff and simply forget.
