Almost a month after posting my Rover provided Craigslist ad, it was flagged for removal and my account was placed on hold. Has anyone else had this experience?
Many of us are experiencing this. No one knows why. You may want to contact Rover support and let them know.
There is a suspicion that other Rover sitters are doing it to weed out competition but no one really knows. I hate to think anyone would do such a thing, but it is possible.

This sounds like an issue directly with Rover. Have you had your first client yet? That could also be a problem. Be sure to contact rover support to make sure your profile is back up and running as this could affect your business from growing. Hope your profile is back soon!

Yes, it's happening to me right now, and I believe that it is a competitor coming to my page many times and creating a flag. Unfortunately, once your account is on hold, you have no way of even being able to post in the threads because you can no longer log in.
Craigslist won't have customer service speak with you, they just respond to your request for a reason with a generic e-mail stating "abuse." If I've abused the rules, I'd like to know why, but because I can't log in, I'm unable to ask!!! Frustrating.

I went ahead and opened a new account under another email address to repost.
I just realized my CL account is on hold and since the Rover ad is the only thing I'd posted, it must be the same thing. I tried to contact CL about getting my account out of hold status, but all I got was a generic FAQ type email.
If anyone figures out how to correct it, let me know.
