Booking long term stays with multiple dogs?

A client recently contacted me and specified that she had four dogs, all to be watched while she was away. When I went to set the rates and book it, she'd only input the information for one dog. How should I handle this?

I would remind her that in order for all four dogs to be covered by Rover's pet insurance and Rover support during the stay, and to be in compliance with Rover's booking policies, she needs to complete the profile for each and include them in the booking request. You can always adjust your rates to include the other three dogs, but they won't receive any of the benefits of booking through Rover unless they are officially included in the stay request.
