Where do I go to see if a pet owner has cancelled?

I have had a meet up with a potential client who I didn't hear back from for a week. Late last night she contacted me to ask if I was still available, and stated that she would like me to begin walking her dog on Monday and Tuesday of next week.

I stated that I could come by and pick up her house key this weekend as soon as she booked the job.

I don't see that she has booked the job, so I'm assuming that she changed her mind. Where do I look on the website to see if a job has been cancelled?

You should also message the owner to remind her that the stay has to be booked and paid for before you can pick up the house key. Rover will send you a confirmation of any booked jobs.

A stay that hasn't been booked (paid for) does not need to be canceled. If you believe the client isn't going to move forward with the booking, you can archive the request (or it will archive itself after the date for the request passes). A request can easily be un-archived if the client later wishes to book the stay. If a booked stay does get canceled, you will receive an email notification.
