When I first became a sitter I noticed a badge on other sitters' profiles that said "Rover Pack Member". When I looked into it, I was too new to fill the application out. Now that I meet the criteria, the survey is no longer open. Did they get rid of it? Move it?
I just tried to leave this feedback for Rover, but got an error message so not sure if they got it:
If the Rover Pack Badge is no longer available to anybody, I think you should remove it from everyone else's profile. It is not fair to those of us that meet the same criteria. A pet owner is not going to know that the badge was discontinued and that other sitters offer the same quality of service.

I just tried the link to the Rover Pack Member badge link and got an error! You should contact Rover support about this, especially if you've done everything to earn the badge.

I recently applied for the Rover Pack in 2 instances. My original submission was on December 23rd, 2015. Rover emailed by shortly thereafter letting me know that I did not yet meet the criteria to be part of the Rover Pack, but they encouraged me to try again. Then on January 3rd, 2016, I submitted my second application. I received an email from Rover letting me know that the program will no longer be in available. Although, we will still see this badge appear on applicants that qualified during the time the program was still active.
Long story short, I don't think the program exists anymore.
That is so frustrating, William! Perhaps Rover is just updating this particular badge, or better yet, creating new badges us sitters can earn - I hope so anyway.
