What do i do if I have not heard from the sitter I booked?

I booked a sitter from 12/29-1/3. We leave tomorrow morning and I have not heard from our sitter even after sending her several messages.

How did this turn out? Did you connect? Did Rover support help you? I'm dying over here!

Contact Rover Customer Support ([Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]); they can assist you in contacting the sitter or making alternate arrangements as necessary.

The sitter's phone number (not their assigned Rover number, but their actual phone number) is also listed in the stay itinerary, which is available from your conversation, so if you haven't tried contacting them that way, I would recommend it. This month the Rover messaging system has been a bit unpredictable at times, leading to occasional missing messages and notifications, so I would try the sitter's direct phone and customer support. The Rover messaging system is usually rock solid, but I've had intermittent issues with both the website and app over the last few weeks. It appears some combination of the heavy holiday site traffic and perhaps the recent updates have destabilized things a bit.
