Why am I not showing up for my other services when I'm not on a waiting list?

When I search for myself, I type my zip and I'll show up for boarding. I have shown up for my other services, but lately I'm not. I've been on a waiting list for a few days before but I normally show up shortly after. It doesn't say I'm on a waiting and I've looked on all pages in my area (logged in and logged out). My profile says available and available for this weekend. I only show up for boarding when I search my zip, I don't show up when I search my city or city near me. I haven't had any request for a week because of this. I have a few dogs staying with me at my house this weekend so I'm pretty much booked for sitting and I really need show up for my other services (walking, drop-in-visits). What do I do to fix this? Is it because I've had a few declines? Or is there a problem with rover?
