How can I delete a duplicate photo?

I've accidentally put two of the same photo of a client's dog on Rover. I can't find any way to delete the duplicate. Is there a way to remove one of these photos?

Yes, it is very easy. Go to your Profile and then to Photos. When you hover over a photo, you will see two icons on the right side. The pen on top is for adding a comment and the garbage can on the bottom right will allow you to delete the photo.

Karen, thanks for your response but this will only work for my own dogs photos. The one I have messed up is my client's dog photo. I go to my inbox, then click on Debra L. or Lucy, then have 2 pics of dog Lucy, which embarrassingly are not only duplicates, but also turned sideways! (yes, I know I have a lot to learn about posting photos).

Hi Kay!

When you go to the message click on the small picture of your client under the gray box on the left side of the page. You should see the photo's that you posted in "Lucy's Photo Album", if you click on the duplicate there should be an option to "hide photo" next to the little Facebook icon. Since they are sideways, you can hide both if you wish, and then they won't appear on your profile. I don't think there is a way to delete the photos completely (or un-send them to your client) without direct help from Rover support. I'm sorry if that wasn't helpful!

Thanks Therese, I managed to delete one photo. Not sure how but that's a help. Appreciate your help! Kay

I would like to know how you delete the photo. I don't see "hide photo" option at all. Thanks!
