How to respond to a review?
Rover staff told me I could respond to a review but not how to do so. This was a 5 star review that gave much more info then I would like as it is modified.

You can respond to a review by going to your Reviews page from Profile. There you should see a green Reply button next to each review. You can reply but you cannot modify what the customer wrote. if there is too much information in the customer's review, only Rover staff would be able to remove it. Perhaps you weren't clear with them about what the problem was.
I looked over your reviews and I'm not sure why you would want to edit anything. They look like glowing reviews from very happy customers.

My guess is the reference to her rate. Also the amount of detail in her newest review. It is like that person is writing Janice's profile description.
