Can you add daycare to available services?

This would be a great option. I don't get many inquiries for day care rates, but if it were officially offered as a service, I think a lot more owners would consider it. I've advertised day care options on my facebook page, though, and I'd love to be able to advertise it on Rover.

At the moment you can have them book as if an overnight then adjust the final price down before finalizing the booking. Leave instructions in your description. example:

"Doggy Daycare Please contact me for this service to get detailed instructions. I offer Doggy Daycare at a lower rate than my overnight sitting but at the moment there is not an option to select Doggy Daycare so we simply book you for an overnight then lower the price. Doggy daycare is available between 7am-6pm. "

You don't have to use the overnight booking it is just one example you could book it as dog walking or cat care if you don't offer cat care. I am unsure how rovers insurance works but for a stay as long as daycare it may not cover if something happens if you booked dog walking. If you don't care about the between times you can say day care is for 10 hours or however long you want it to be for.

They need to add it many people dont know they can do daycare or how it would work rover needs to come up with something so people can have the service if they want it.

No you can't. I've been asking for this option for two years and would love to see it!

Completely agree with this. I think It would be good to also have the ability to show 2 different rate options. first for "close to home" and another price for further traveling(maybe 15 to 25 miles?). second price option for how many visits requested per day.

I had a client ask this week for a 6 hour daycare rate for her 4 dogs!
Since it is not an obvious option through Rover.com, she wants to hire me for daycare outside of the Rover.com payment system. They really need to change the system so we have more flexibility.

I would have thought you could list it as "boarding." I know it's not the same thing, but it could work for billing, since you can edit your rate for each client.
