Does Rover automatically send clients links to leave me a review?

I always get them when they are leaving happily with their dog and say "don't forget to post a quick review about your awesome Rover experience". If a week goes by and still nothing, I send them a text saying "Just wanted to see if XXX has recovered from their doggie vacation. I also wanted to say thanks again for letting me meet XXX he/she was truly a joy to hang out with while you were away. When you have a quick moment, can you please log onto the site and post a quick review? I would greatly appreciate it. Look forward to another opportunity to host XXX for a doggie slumber party". This tactic never fails. Thanks Rosie

I have been writing 'thank you' notes to include in the dog supplies that are returned with the dog. In it I include a short reminder to take a few minutes to leave a review/testimonial, just as a back up to the one http://rover.com sends.

I will also send a follow up message to my clients if they haven't left a review after a few days, reminding them how happy we were to watch their dog, that we'd love to be their sitter for future stays, and how much we would appreciate if they took a couple mins to leave a review. So far I've gotten reviews from every client (though not every time with some of the repeat clients).

I found out how to write the review for my sitter...........went to previous stays..........there it was. Sitters name, date and "REVIEW" Don't think I ever got the email.
