Do any of the sitters go to homes to set a pup and what would they charge?

My baby is older almost blind and deaf. I feel if possible he would do better at home. Can you help me?

Yes, many sitters offer care for pets that do better at their own homes. You can search for these sitters by choosing either House Sitting or Drop In Visits (both would be for in your home care) depending if you rather have a sitter stay there or visit multiple times.

Absolutely, some sitters are willing to pet-sit at your home. Many pet sitters have pets of their own, and those pets don't always blend well with guest-pets in their home. In my experience, it depends on the dog. And yes, many sitters (such as myself) have experience staying with both elderly dogs and new puppies in their homes. Search your area for "House Sitting" and/or "Drop in Visitis" to find the perfect sitter near you.

To start searching for sitters, enter your city or zip code in the search box at the top of the screen. When you're on the results page, pick the tab for (as Deb said) House Sitting or Drop In Visits. Be sure that your profile is complete and link your dog's profile and select the date range when you do your search to get the most accurate list of potential sitters. Then send messages to anyone who interests you to let them know what your needs are. Set up some meet and greets and make your choice! Good luck-

I have a newly rescued dog that lacks confidence and has some special medical needs - for that reason I used Rover to find a sitter in my area that would watch my dog from my house. It was wonderful - I was gone for a weekend and consistently got texts- they had a wonderful time together. I know it was a lot less stress on my Aussie Shepherd to be home in a comfortable environment. I believe it was a tad bit more expensive (maybe a few dollars) but well worth the price!

Use the instructions from Laura above to search - I highly recommend this option for special needs dogs!
