Contact rover support and they will help you. Even if you pet sit in your home only, it is good to have the icon.
You don't need to contact Rover Support. Go to your Dashboard. Right under the section asking about your availability for Thanksgiving, you will see the background check section, with a link to the form you need to complete by a third-party company named Checkr. If you don't see it, here is the link:
