Do payments between clients, must be processed thru Rover? Or can payment be made directly between owner and sitter?
Yes it must go through Rover. Rover takes their fees, the stay will be insured and you get an AWESOME support team any time you have a question or a problem. Why risk not getting paid, paid the wrong amount or not having some one pick up their dog. I get customers not wanting to go through Rover and it makes no sense to me. There is NO benefit to not using Rover.com. Happy sitting! Amber G
Thanks for the response! What you said is kind of what I had thought but I just wanted to double check. I just booked my second stay and wanted to keep things legit. So I will stick to the proper outlets. Peace
