I have a client that entered a review however it is incomplete. Does anyone know if this can be edited on her end?You can see where she started to write something but the sentence is incomplete.
You can also ask if she could message you what she didn't include, then you can ask Rover to add that to her review. I had a customer leave me a review in a message, so I just asked Rover to move it into a review. They had no problem with that.
I don't think reviews are open for edits once they are posted, but she could probably have it fixed if she contacted Rover support.
