Does anyone get a "Tip" when booking a stay?

I am a rover premier host. I have noticed recently that when I send a booking to a repeat customer I get a "Tip"- "Make sure to separate all dogs when feeding", etc. and then I have to click on "GOT IT!" before continuing with the booking. I have several customers that book frequently - weekly to monthly - and the "tip" seems to be random. Is this a new thing with the updated system?

Yep, it's been appearing for me for a month or two whenever a booking is finalized. It just seems to be a new addition with all the site changes going on.

That is new to me and I hope it works out all though, I hope to get some kind of nice client to see what it,s about.

I've also been getting these when I finalize booking. Seems like it might be some kind of legal thing...

I agree that based on the tips I've seen all being safety pointers.

Every booking i've gotten a 'tip'. I think theyre just pointers and hints to help you be more successful!
