I have a customer that booked a long stay, but wasn't able to pay the full amount. So we did a certain amount of dates and later he is going to 'extend the stay' or book the other dates. My main question is will there be 30% taken out or just the 15% if we extend the stay?
I have used the extended stay once and also a new stay for customers. The 15% was take each time and paid out as 2 separate stays both time. But, I would recommend checking with the rover support. Kathleen D.

They show up as if you'd booked two separate stays and are both charged normally. Essentially using the "extend stay" button is the same as using the "book again" button, except it knows what your start date should be.
