Drop off is now 2 hours late, can't get ahold of them. What do I do?

Double checked the booking and our messages. They were supposed to drop off at 7 am this morning, it's now after 9 am. I tried to contact them twice, but no reply yet. My husband is now late to work because he had to take my son to school, since I was still waiting here. What next? I have other things to do today. I'm. Not super busy, but I do need to run a couple errands.

What I would do: Contact rover and let them know the situation. "Call" your customer to leave them a message you have been waiting for them since their 7am drop off time and the time you are leaving to run errands. Politely but firmly request they contact you and/or rover immediately. Kathleen D.

Thanks guys! Turned out there was a miscommunication, which has been sorted out, but still good to know for future reference :)

I would definitely contact Rover Support since it's been over 2 hours.
