All of a sudden on my dashboard it says "We've updated our sitter sign-up process. Complete your application." What does this mean?

I have been a sitter for well over a year now and and now it says ""We've updated our sitter sign-up process. Complete your application." Will I have to redo my entire profile? will I lose all of my reviews? What is this new sign-up process? Thanks!
