How to add a second dog to a stay?

I've had several clients put in only one dog when they are booking a stay for two dogs. Is there a way for me to add the second dog? I've suggested that they add but it seems like a lot of folks do the booking from their phones and don't want to go to their dashboard. In a couple cases I've changed the rate to the rate for two dogs but I'm not sure if that is the way to go. It looks strange and I'm wondering if both dogs would be covered by the Rover insurance if there was an issue. Suggestions?

If they have only booked for one dog I believe only that dog will be covered.

Have they created a profile for both dogs? Have you watched them under the other dog's name in the past? If so, you can create a stay for the other dog on your end. To do this, in your Inbox go to "Past Stays" and click on "Book Again." Plug in the dates for the correct dog and, voila, your client will receive an email. All they need to do is respond and pay.

Good luck!

Do you know if the dog's need separate profiles for them to both be covered by Rover insurance?

This would be a good question for Rover support, but I have a hunch the answer is yes.
