The client knows my address and has drop off their dog with out confirming the stay. What do I do?

Client has said he would confirm the stay, but has not, and has dropped their dog off

Contact the client and ask him to confirm online asap. If you cannot reach the client, call Rover and let them know about the oversight, They will try to help contact the client and resolve it too.

Let the client know that without confirming, his dog is not covered by any Rover guarantees, nor is his dog covered by Rover's insurance plan.
