Am I missing something? Where and how do you vote?

Hi, Janice,
If you like someone's answer to a question on the Q&A Community board you can give it a vote by looking to the left of the comment and clicking on the "+". If you think the answer is inappropriate or unhelpful, click the "-".
If you love a question, do the same for it. I have used the "-" only a few times; most recently for a question that appeared to actually be spam.
