Hadi, I agree with Laura regarding contacting Rover support.

On a different subject, speaking as a potential customer, you may also want to re-think your profile picture to include a pic of you with your pet.

Well said! That picture might be part of the profile delay.

Ha! I didn't even see that! Though I'm not sure he's referring specifically to a sitter profile, I agree. :)
