How do I get ranked on the higher side through Rover?

I was in a great place but I ended up in a bad spot. Any ideas on how to get better?

it is a algorithm a combo between the following, what the customer searched for , zip code, availability, size of the dog your willing to watch , the amount of pictures, the amount of reviews and also the response time at remaining 100% is important , as well as passing rover 101 and also passing the back ground check

There really is no way for you to raise your visibility on searches, i.e. when owners are looking for sitters. Rover's search criteria remains a mystery to us sitters, unfortunately. The main suggestions I have are to check your rates against other sitters to see if you are comparable. I looked at your profile and it looks fine to me. My only question would be about the 75% response rate. That tells me that you only respond to 75% of your requests? If that's true, you need to respond to all requests and messages, even if it is to tell them you aren't available.

Other than that, the only advice I can give is to be patient and maybe market yourself to get new clients. The more clients, the more reviews.
