how do I cancel a reservation?

You'll need to call Rover's customer support ([Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]) and they can cancel it. You will be refunded according to your sitter's cancellation policy (https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar... for more info on how that works). It's also a good idea to notify your sitter of the changes directly and thank them for the time they invested in planning and scheduling with you.
