http://www.petedge.com (PetEdge) and http://www.dollartree.com (Dollar Tree) have some neat bulk stuff. I usually use Dollar Tree for little toys and treats. They have a good selection and everything is packaged perfectly for gift bags/totes.

I use http://chewy.com To purchase dog food and treats its cheaper for my the brand I need arrival in like a day and a half really quick and free shipping. I have ordered toys from them too. I usually head to chewy, but found great prices on Amazon.I'm currently pricing a cat tree and by far the best prices are on eBay! I was surprised!

Big store chains like Fred Meyers that sells everything from pet supplies, groceries, and clothes. Right before the major holidays like Halloween they will have bins out of stuff they are trying to clear with 50% off including pet stuff. I'm not sure if it is just in my area but you can check out chains like Kmart and Walmart and Target as well. They may need to get rid of some old stuff to make room for their holiday shelves.

Not sure about a lot of this stuff, but it might be worth asking a groomer/daycare where they get supplies.

I get most of my treats at Costco, especially when they're running ads, Their supply changes, but they usually have a few good options. Last time I was there they also had huge boxes of tennis balls.

Chewy is a great site. It's usually more affordable than Petco and Petsmart. Also, bark box and other monthly subscriptions can be a fun alternative to buying in bulk, giving your dog a selection of different toys, chews, and other products to try.
