How to give a discount?
Have a new client coming for several weeks with two dogs. Would like to give her a "welcome" discount. Since she pays Rover directly, how do I do this?

Just make sure you let your customer know that it is a "one time" "welcome discount". Otherwise, the customer may expect the same rate.
Before you confirm the booking, next to "Stay Price," you will see the word "edit." Click on that. In the Cost Adjustment box, put in a negative number,, which would represent your discount for the stay. I think that works better than adjusting your nightly rate for the dogs since the owner can see how much he/she is saving on the stay.
i do not see a stay price or edit ?
This took me a while (and no way you still need this information), but (for everyone else) right next to the button where you request a booking there is a MODIFY button. If you've already requested, cancel it and you should find it.
