Can I cancel a confirmed booking after an initial meet and greet didn't go well?

I confirmed a booking with a Rover in-home provider, and then conducted a meet and greet to avoid any "day of drop-off" issues. After meeting with the provider, I am inclined to cancel their service. Sitter has confirmed, so it is my understanding that payment has processed. Is there a way to cancel service and receive a refund?

Contact rover staff at tel:[Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team].

It’s recommended to meet and greet and confirm it’s a match before confirming the booking. However, the money stays with rover until a couple days after the end booking date. So it’s possible for Rover to apply the payment towards another sitter. Let them know who from the platform you want the booking switched to. Depending on how much advance notice you are giving, you may be subject to the cancellation policies which can vary from one sitter to another. Rover can confirm all those details
