My dog will be over 1 year when she boards with the sitter; how do I make this clear so that I don't pay the Puppy rate?

My dog is currently 10 months old, however when I wish to board her she will be over 1 year therefore no longer a puppy. How can I make my reservation now and not pay the puppy fee?
