When I type in my zip code it gives me a list of sitters near me but says I am out of their area?

When I type in my zip code it gives me a list of sitters near me. Every time I select a sitter it gives me a message that I am too far away from the person. I looked at the area they cover and am well within the area. What is wrong with the system? I have selected at least 10 people and get the same message.
