How do I become a sitter in Canada?

I'm attempting to become a sitter in Canada but it won't let me use my home address. It's telling me it's invalid (it's not) and in order to work in a different country (it thinks I'm in the states) that I need to talk to the help centre which seems to be automated and hasn't been helpful.

Has anyone else in Canada run into this issue that has a solution? Any ideas on how I can get around this.
