Profile Still Not Approved?

My profile/background check has been submitted for over 3 weeks and is still not approved.

I have completed every single step with nothing outstanding. I also do not have a criminal background.

It says on the app to contact you yet this is the only form of contact I can seem to find.

Why is it not approved???

I called this number and they provided a number and ext to follow up on background check.

Rover Customer Support does not come here.

You can call them at Customer Support 888-453-7889 or use the Contact link within the Help section, but I think it is more like an online chat these days.
