Profile Still Not Approved?

My profile/background check has been submitted for over 3 weeks and is still not approved.

I have completed every single step with nothing outstanding. I also do not have a criminal background.

It says on the app to contact you yet this is the only form of contact I can seem to find.

Why is it not approved???

Rover Customer Support does not come here.

You can call them at Customer Support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] or use the Contact link within the Help section, but I think it is more like an online chat these days.

I called this number and they provided a number and ext to follow up on background check.
