I accidentally posted a copy of an image to my profile, how do I delete it?

Title is self-explanatory. I was trying to send my vehicle information so that my sitter could issue me a parking pass. When I sent the photo in chat, it added a copy to my public profile. The image isn't visible in my gallery so I don't really have a way to delete it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
