for tax propouses, we must have the ROVER EIN , i can not find it anywhere

That’s because you do not need rover’s EIN. For tax purposes, you will use your SSN. Your pet care business is an independent contractor small business.
Rover is not your employer; you work for yourself. Therefore, any monies received from Rover are not wages. They are entered on Schedule C, as income.
