How do I delete stay photos that the sitter uploaded from my dog's photo gallery?

Though I appreciated her thoroughness, I don't necessarily want pictures of my dog's poo in his photo gallery, nor do I want pictures of my camper's interior. WHen I click hide photo and then save, it doesn't work. How do I hide, or - preferably - delete these photos?

As a sitter I wish I knew! What I can tell you is your sitter probably wasn't aware photos ended up on your profile. I've noticed this happen if I share photo in messaging & I've notified my client to check their profile so they can delete if preferred. I assumed they could. Anyone have solution?

I’d suggest you might want to message the sitter. They have options to hide, make private (for only client, sitter, Not the general public), and delete photos.

Do you know how? As a sitter, I noticed this happen when sending photos by message & immediately notified my client... I haven't found a setting on my end to prevent so I avoid sending message photos. Thanks if you know how!

Kara, click on the link Deb provided. All the instructions are there. You should definitely activate the one in Settlngs, so the pics don't automatically go to your Profile, where you have to go back and Hide.

Thanks, Karen. I checked but unfortunately that doesn't help prevent photos from appearing on my client's dog profile. That prevents them from auto appearing on MINE, and I have iit set that way. I'll have to ask Rover & will try to remember to come back and post their response here if I find out:)
