It is common for dogs to experience potty training regression, especially when they have been recently adopted. To resolve this issue, increase potty breaks, limit water intake before bedtime, and provide a comfortable sleeping environment. If the problem persists, consider consulting a veterinarian or professional dog trainer for further guidance. When we were potty training our Lab we used to take him out couple of time thru out night, I understand that maynot be possible for everyone. May be try above mentioned tips and if it still continuous take recommendations from vet.
